The TOUGHBOOK Partner Conference 2026 will take place at the Hilton Cardiff, located in the heart of the city centre, directly opposite Cardiff Castle.
The hotel is within easy reach of major transport links, including Cardiff Central station and direct road connections from Heathrow and Bristol airports.

Travel & Accommodation

Resellers, ISVs and distributors:
Accommodation and catering will be provided by TOUGHBOOK.
Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to and from Cardiff.

Panasonic attendees and sponsoring partners:
Rooms will be reserved at the venue, but attendees are responsible for covering accommodation, travel and associated costs.

Parking:
For guests driving to Cardiff, the Hilton does not have any preferred rates with local car parks, but recommends Q-Park on Greyfriars Road.
Alternatively, you can use JustPark or YourParkingSpace to find lower cost options.

For members of the TOUGHBOOK Partner Advisory Council, a PAC meeting will take place on Wednesday 21 October at 14:00 at the TOUGHBOOK Service & Solutions Centre (SSC) in Cardiff.

Service and Solution Centre Experience
Cardiff is the home of TOUGHBOOK in Europe and the location of our Service & Solutions Centre (SSC), including the new TOUGHBOOK Experience Centre (TXC).
Optional tours will be available during the event. Please select your preferred option during registration:
- Option 1 - Friday 23 October: 08:00 departure from hotel
- Option 2 - Friday 23 October: 10:00 departure from hotel
Tours will take approximately 1.5 hours.
30th Anniversary Surprises
Throughout the event, partners will have the chance to win exclusive 30th anniversary gifts and giveaways. As part of the celebration, during your visit to the SSC you’ll also have the opportunity to personalise your TOUGHBOOK device with a special 30th anniversary bezel or lid badge.
If you’d like to take part, please indicate your device model during registration and bring your device with you on the day.
Transport to Cardiff
Panasonic will provide complimentary coach transfers to and from London Heathrow and Bristol Airport at scheduled times.
If you wish to use these transfers, please ensure your flights align with the timings below and also with your chosen SSC tour. Transfers will operate on a first-come, first-served basis and will depart promptly.
