1. The organiser of the winning game is Panasonic Connect Europe GmbH, Hagenauer Str. 43, 65203 Wiesbaden, Germany, ("Panasonic”).

2. To participate in the winning game, the participant has to fulfil the following conditions:

a. Register to the ISE 2023 exhibition at the Panasonic registration landing page at https://info.business.panasonic.eu/Panasonic_Registration_ISE2023.html

b. Visit the Panasonic booth at the ISE 2023 and get the scratch card

c. Scratch the card and see whether the participant won a prize.

3. Participation is possible from December 1st 2022 till February 3rd 2023.

4. Only natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participating are eligible to participate. Employees of Panasonic as well as their relatives are not eligible to participate.

5. Participation is free of charge.

6. With the participation in the winning game, the participant accepts these participation conditions.

7. Panasonic reserves the right to amend, suspend or completely terminate the winning game or amend the participation conditions at any point in time without the need for advance notice. This applies in particular if it is not possible to guarantee proper conduct for technical or other reasons.

8. Panasonic will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind, to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the winning game. 9. The following prizes will be given away in form of a package:

d. Shopper bag

10. The winner may not exchange the prize for cash. The winner has no claim for payment of the prize in material assets or to exchange the prize for another object. The prize is not transferrable to any other person than the participant. A double claim of the prize is excluded.

11. If, in spite of all efforts, the advertised prize is unable to be delivered due to lack of supply, the organiser retains the right to instead give away a prize of the same or higher value.

12. German law shall apply. Legal recourse for the assertion of claims to the prizes is excluded.
